Hi, friend!

My name is Victoria Edmond, and I have been in Early Childhood Education for nearly 15 years! I came to Family Day Care from Long Day Care because I knew there was more to ECE than what I was experiencing in a big chain centre. I knew that I deserved more, and so did the children.
So, I set up Rainbow Bridge Family Day Care. The lower ratio in FDC and the ability to meet the children's needs in ways that I knew most benefited them appealed to me, and I thought there would certainly be others who felt that way too. Turns out this is true. There are many of us!

"You’ve got no idea, well maybe you do, just how incredible the Big Hearted Community is...

I feel isolated a lot in fdc, sure I have local educators who I chat to, but there is something different, something unique about that group that keeps me coming back for more, for sharing, for collaborating, for listening, for smiling."

"The best thing I did for myself and my business was enrol in the Essential Elements course. It has helped me delve deeper into my Family Day Care business. Looking at different aspects and elements and where I can reflect, tweak and make changes to take my business to the next level. Victoria has a wealth of knowledge that she shares in ways that are not overwhelming but in bit size nuggets, that are manageable and achievable. So, if you want to step up your game don’t hesitate to become part of this wonderful community.”

"The 5 day Kickstarter program was a complete eye opener. I was in shock by what I didn’t know.

Victoria and team, you guys are amazing and I will be following very closely so that I can teach, develop and encourage all children in my care environment.

Also, I will be kickstarting my own backside to where it needs to be."
