3 Day Challenge - The Profitable FDC

You are purchasing access to the recordings of the 3-day event: The Profitable FDC.

DAY 1: Increasing Profitability Within Your Business
Let's get upfront, close, and personal with the figures in your FDC business. We are not here to fmuck around.

DAY 2: Our Most Precious Resource: Time

What value do you put on your time? Have you done the math on what you should be charging?

Do you have clear boundaries set in place so that others respect your time?

DAY 3: The behind-the-scenes systems and practices

Every business owner must spend time behind the scenes of their business, working on things that will either free up time or create more profit. Let's investigate what that looks like for YOU.

Please note: this course is a working challenge. It will take active participation and you will need to have some figures ready prior to the start of the challenge.

What People Are Saying:

I hadn't really thought about owner versus operator tasks before, I think that will really help because it is so easy to get stuck in the day to day tasks and ignore the big harder tasks that would actually make a difference how the business runs and therefore how well your day goes.

That I really need to take stock of what I spend my money on, what I put away for time off, or more like what I don't put away for time off. I pay weekly into my PAYG account with the tax office, what I thought was enough, until having my tax done recently. My income in the last twelve months has grown putting me into a different tax bracket, meaning I have to pay more. Once a month, I contribute to my Super, I need to do it more often and more in amount. Learning how to work out what I need for the different things was also huge. Something never explained so plainly before. I am very big on paying bills and credit card off promptly. PAYG is done weekly before anything else, unless I have had a week off. It wasn't just the financial information that was great, it was the other information like operator/owner roles. Some of this information I have tried to garnish of my previous service to no avail. The current service has helped but this course has given me some great direction and inspiration. Last night, day 3, Victoria's comments hit the nail on the head when it came to doubting myself, putting off jobs, leaving them for another time until I had no choice. Procrastinating is my biggest issue at the moment, after some very hard life lessons. While I can handle the children fine, doing the paperwork, programming, etc, has been something I have been putting off. I plan to watch the recordings again.
