Refund Terms

No Full Refunds Unfortunately, we are unable to offer full refunds for any tickets purchased. 50% Refunds A 50% refund of the ticket price is available for cancellations made on or before 15th May 2025. After 15th May 2025, no refunds will be issued. Ticket Transfers If you can no longer attend, you may onsell or transfer your ticket to another person. Please notify us in writing at [insert email address here] with the new attendee’s name and contact details at least 7 days prior to the event. VIP Upgrades Refunds or transfers for VIP upgrades follow the same timeline as standard tickets. Event Cancellation or Postponement In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, all ticket holders will be offered the option to transfer their ticket to the rescheduled event, or have full refund.
